GOD'S FORGIVENESS AND MERCY

In several of our nuggets we have spoken about the Lord calling us to holiness. It is His desire for us to have victory over sin-For our benefit and the benefit of those around us, and so that we reflect the character of Christ.

In the midst of talking about walking in holiness and living a sinless life, it is good to remind ourselves that it is His work, not ours. And to acknowledge that there are times that we fall short. Maybe many times for some of us. But praise God for His mercy and forgiveness. In this nugget we are sharing Bible verses that describe our Heavenly Father's mercy and forgiveness. So the next time the enemy reminds you of your failures, realize that maybe satan remembers your sins, but your Father has chosen to forget them.
